Assad brings more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, project delivery and operational excellence. Having held senior leadership roles at CSL, Pfizer, and Hospira, he has successfully led large-scale capital projects, technology transfers and GMP compliance initiatives across Sterile, API, and Oral solid dose manufacturing.
With a strong focus on risk mitigation, strategy execution and continuous process improvement, Assad fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to delivering safe, compliant and cost-effective outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Joe has over 23 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning commercial operations and GMP-compliant API development and manufacture for clinical and commercial use. He has contributed to all stages of API production and the launch of multiple pharmaceutical products locally and internationally.
Melanie is a PhD graduate with a doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Monash University. Her experience spans research, teaching, and industry engagement, giving her a unique perspective on how scientific innovation translates into practical solutions.
