Joe Desneves

Joe was appointed the role of Commercial Partnerships Manager at IDT in November 2022.  He has over 23 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry both in Commercial and in the development and manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API’s) under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for use in both clinical trials and for commercial sale. He has experience in all stages of API manufacture and has contributed to the development and launch of a number of pharmaceutical products for local international markets.

He has held a number of multidisciplinary leadership roles within IDT. Joe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with First Class Honours and a PhD in Chemistry from La Trobe University. In addition, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Business from Monash University.
