Dr. Will Issa

Dr Will Issa is a pharmaceutical professional with over 20 years of experience in pharma. He joined IDT in 2018 acting in the capacity of Principal Scientist, providing technical expertise to development across the business. Will’s background ranges from discovery chemistry through to development of finished dosage forms, including sterile injectables. As Principal Scientist and R&D Manager Will brings extensive experience in process development, lyophilisation, validation and manufacture of commercial products to IDT. He has contributed to Regulatory submissions across global markets (FDA & TGA) for both investigational products as well as generics for large Pharma.

Will’s core focus is the development of robust pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, which includes scale up and transfer of developmental products from early-stage concept through to large scale manufacturing.

Qualifications include PhD, BSc(Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
